Temperatures fell drastically these days. On Saturday I was able to enjoy a 55˚F (13˚C) degree weather and it was really nice. Then now it went down to 12˚F (-11˚C) where we leave. I was going to run in the morning but I preferred to just stay indoors and ride our stationary recumbent bike instead and watch a movie.
But one thing that can never stop is picture taking! When it gets colder the kids love playing with the smoke that comes out of their mouths and they all turn into little fire-spitting dragons. So why not take a picture of the smoke? It turned out that my father just went outside and it was just easier to take a picture of him as he released a big breath. That created a lot of smoke in this cold weather and the Sun light coming from behind lit the smoke really well. And usually we don't want electrical lines visible in our images but, in this case, I like them. Specially in the way they help frame and lead the eye to my father's silhouette.
